By downloading, installing, or using the EdgeRun mobile application (the "Application"), developed by Terry De mey ("Service Provider"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.
The Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application, except where permitted by applicable law. You agree not to use the Application for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the Application or interfere with any other party's use of it.
The Application is supported by advertising provided by third-party services, including Google AdMob. The Application may also offer virtual in-game currency or items earned through gameplay. No real-money purchases are required to play.
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property within the Application are owned by the Service Provider unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Application without prior written consent.
The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application.
The Service Provider may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
